If the project is about creating a new business model, the key questions to be answered is:

Is there a problem or a need our potential custormers have, that should be solved?

If the project is about digitizing existing processes though new technologies, the key questions to be answered is:

Is the technology able to solve the identified problem?

PROOF THE SOLUTION WORKS

Bild2.png

After proving, that the problem or the nees exists and customers want to have it solves, the key question is:

Are we able to solve the problem or the need through the solution we have in mind?

After proving, the solution is able to solve the identified problem, the key question to be aswered is:

Can we actually implement the technology on a small scale to use it?

PROOF WE CAN SCALE

Bild3.png

Once we know that we are able to solve the problem or the need, the key question is:

Is the solution scalable across multiple customer and market segments?

One we know that we are able to implement the technology,  the key question to be aswered is:

Can we scale the technology across the whole company and potentially offer it to partners?
